Ingredients:
Potatoes – 2 large
Shrimp – 8-10 medium sized
Garlic – 4 cloves
Salt and Pepper – to taste
Red Chili flakes – to taste
Butter – 1 tbsp
Directions:
I made the potatoes and shrimp in the same pan! The oil was already seasoned when I made the potatoes and it added more flavour to my shrimp 🙂
For Potatoes:
- Boil the potatoes in salted water. Once boiled, peel and cut into cubes.
- Add butter to a pan and put on med-high heat
- Add in sliced garlic and chili flakes, fry until garlic turns light brown
- Add in potatoes and fry each side until golden brown.
- Add in salt and pepper.
For Shrimp:
- Add butter to a pan and put on med-high heat
- Add in sliced garlic and chili flakes, fry until garlic turns light brown
- Add in shrimp and fry each side until changes color.
- Add in salt and pepper.
