Recipe – Garlic Shrimp & Potatoes

Ingredients:

Potatoes – 2 large
Shrimp – 8-10 medium sized
Garlic – 4 cloves
Salt and Pepper – to taste
Red Chili flakes – to taste
Butter – 1 tbsp

Directions:

I made the potatoes and shrimp in the same pan! The oil was already seasoned when I made the potatoes and it added more flavour to my shrimp 🙂

For Potatoes:

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water. Once boiled, peel and cut into cubes.
  2. Add butter to a pan and put on med-high heat
  3. Add in sliced garlic and chili flakes, fry until garlic turns light brown
  4. Add in potatoes and fry each side until golden brown.
  5. Add in salt and pepper.

For Shrimp:

  1. Add butter to a pan and put on med-high heat
  2. Add in sliced garlic and chili flakes, fry until garlic turns light brown
  3. Add in shrimp and fry each side until changes color.
  4. Add in salt and pepper.
